Fingers crossed

I don't take anything for granted when it comes to getting accreditation for events. Applications for media access to Phillip Island MotoGP close on Friday and I put mine in today. Dunno how long it'll take to get a response and if I do get it, I hope it goes better than last year when my credentials didn't give me access to much more than free coffee for the first couple of days. Was good coffee though and I did get track access (although no pitlane or grid) for the final two days. I'd be happy with track access again. Pitlane would be awesome and grid would be the holy grail but even though I got those for World Superbikes earlier this year, MotoGP is a whole different ballgame and I doubt I'll get the same privilege. But there's no harm dreaming ;-)
